We are a family of AHIT graduates and TREC-licensed Home Inspectors operating out of Boerne TX. Our inspectors are owners of the company with vested interest in providing you with a high-quality inspection and report. No home is perfect, not even new ones. While inspecting homes, our primary focus is to identify fire, health, and safety issues, as well as deferred cost and maintenance items. Our unbiased third-party home inspection will provide the information you need to optimize your situation. Our inspection fee starts at $350 for homes 2,500 sq ft or less. We send out our narrative report with color pictures the same day as the inspection.
